Alan Karmin is a seasoned non-profit professional with a history of leading and managing organizations, especially in the areas of building and sustaining financial health and stability; and managing state and federal grants. With a strong background in the financial markets he has provided the insight and necessity to maintain a “balanced portfolio” and create multiple revenue streams, to survive and flourish in even the toughest economy. Alan was instrumental in raising over 30 million dollars during a 12-year period with organizations such as Easter Seals, the American Red Cross, and Bloomfield College. While working as a liaison between the State of New Jersey’s Division of Children and Families and the statewide network of Family Support Organizations Alan managed the multi-million dollars federal grant funding the children’s initiative. He is adept at growing organizations, building boards, and cultivating relationships.
